It’s about being served by a team of creative individuals who have your interests at heart. Take as long or as little time as you like when shopping with them and enjoy an experience that is based on an appreciation of environment, design and style.

If you are unhappy with your jewellery, they will offer you a refund or an exchange up to 28 days after your purchase. Just send your item back to them in its original condition and in the packaging you received the item in, letting them know if you would prefer a refund or exchange, and also make sure to include your name and address.

Unfortunately, they cannot refund or exchange items that arrive to them damaged, or lost. And also, they cannot refund the original delivery charge. On the other hand, if your order arrives damaged in transit, they will replace jewellery and jewellery boxes without charge. You must let them know of any breakages within two days of receiving the order. This means that they guarantee to repair or replace your jewellery should you find a defect due to original workmanship. They ask all their customers to retain their proof-of-purchase so that they can honour this guarantee.
