If you are unhappy with your jewellery, they will offer you a refund or an exchange up to 28 days after your purchase. Just send your item back to them in its original condition and in the packaging you received the item in, letting them know if you would prefer a refund or exchange, and also make sure to include your name and address.

Unfortunately, they cannot refund or exchange items that arrive to them damaged, or lost. And also, they cannot refund the original delivery charge. On the other hand, if your order arrives damaged in transit, they will replace jewellery and jewellery boxes without charge. You must let them know of any breakages within two days of receiving the order.
